Senior Manager/ Director of Quality

Our client isseeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for their high-volume, high-mix RFID manufacturing operations in Johor, Malaysia, encompassing two production plants. Reporting directly to the Site Managing Director / VP of Operations, this role will oversee a quality team and will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all quality activities across the site.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands that quality is built on the production floor, yet possesses the vision and expertise to drive a long-term strategic roadmap for Quality Excellence. This includes shaping the site's quality systems, supplier quality development programs, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
