The Sr Manager, Cyber Security reports to the VP of IT and is a hands‑on leader responsible for implementing and managing cybersecurity standards and operations in a highly regulated gaming environment.

Salary Range: $130,000 to $155,000 per annum. Application Deadline: July 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the organization’s cyber security technology to reduce risk exposure and incidents while aligning with business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with AGCO, OLG, NIST, ISO27001, and CIS Controls.
• Proactively reduce cybersecurity risks and incidents through monitoring and mitigation strategies.
