Senior Manager, Clinical Programs

Responsibilities

• Set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Clinical Programs organization to drive product adoption and growth
• Lead technical assessments as part of the sales process to drive customer outcomes
• Define and optimize the customer lifecycle through engagement programs and continuous improvement
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing global team of Clinical Program Managers
• Develop a company‑wide customer success motion integrating processes across Marketing, Sales, and Product
• Align with sales management on renewal forecasting, coverage plans, and account opportunities
• Collaborate with Technical Assistance, Marketing, and Product leadership on software releases and customer requests
• Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency
