What You'll Do

Enterprise Change Strategy & Governance

• Establish and evolve Nutrien’s global change management strategy, standards, and governance model to support enterprise change and business readiness.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders and portfolio delivery teams on cross‑portfolio change impacts, risks, and readiness, enabling informed decision‑making.
• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise‑wide change governance practices, ensuring alignment with business priorities and value realization.
