Job Summary
This role will lead the knowledge transfer and operational handover of an enterprise data platform to a Major Pharma client’s in‑house data engineering team. The Senior Transition Manager is a delivery‑critical, client‑facing role requiring a blend of strong technical understanding, structured transition methodology, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The resource will be the single point of accountability for transition success and will drive the engagement from planning through to formal handover closure.
