A fast-paced and growing organisation is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to support the Financial Controller during a period of change. This is a unique hands-on role requiring you to hit the ground running, bring structure and drive improvements within a busy finance function.Your new role

Support the monthly close process, including full management accounts

Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets)

Ownership of accrued and deferred revenue

Support and lead elements of audit

Work across multiple systems, driving better quality data in Excel

WIP reporting

Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance

What you'll need to succeed

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / equivalent)

Proven experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Strong technical grounding
