We re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Maintenance Operative to join our Maintenance Services team within Mount Green, based in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a hands‑on role where you ll deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance while also stepping up as a lead operative on site.
You ll play a key role in ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and right first time - supporting colleagues, mentoring apprentices, and helping drive service quality across the team.
