Senior Maintenance Engineer

About the Role Our client is a fast-growing science and technology organisation developing a world-class research campus in Oxford. They are seeking an electrically biased Senior Maintenance Engineer to play a key role across both the construction phase and long-term operation of a high-spec, technically complex site. The first 12 18 months will focus on commissioning, construction integration, and operational readiness, including advising contractors and establishing maintenance strategies ahead of handover. Post-completion, you will lead maintenance delivery, managing a team to ensure high performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.
