Senior Logistics Operations Engineer

**Job Summary**:At **G-Global**, we are looking for a results-driven **Senior Operations Engineer** to lead strategic engineering initiatives aimed at operational cost savings, innovation, and continuous improvement within our **fulfillment and 3PL** operations.This role plays a key part in designing scalable logistics solutions and supporting the growth of our client base.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and implement savings plans through process improvement, engineering innovation, and resource optimization.
- Develop and execute layout and capacity design projects for fulfillment centers and 3PL environments.
- Lead engineering implementations, ensuring timelines and goals are met according to project plans.
- Build pricing models based on productivity analysis and financial viability.
