Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven **Senior Logistics Manager** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii** .
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Plans, directs, and coordinates the daily storage and distribution activities to ensure integrated service delivery.
+ Manage the allocation of resources and ensure compliance with established safety and organizational standards.
+ Lead the identification of system deficiencies and recommend comprehensive restoration or upgrade solutions.
+ Manages the technical execution of theater deployment and employment activities to ensure mission readiness.
+ Lead the planning for the reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) of forces.
+ Coordinate with Host Nation partners to secure necessary facilities and support for deployed units across the theater.
+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
