Senior Loan Servicing AVP - Lead Ops & Compliance

The Institution for Savings is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Loan Servicing to support the servicing of residential and commercial loan portfolios. You will ensure operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining parameter reports, investor reporting, GL reconciliation, setting up purchased/participation loans, and mentoring the servicing team.
