The Senior Legal Counsel will serve as a key employment law advisor across Klick’s offices and jurisdictions, with a focus on practical, business-aligned legal guidance. This role will partner closely with People Practices, Finance, Operations, and Legal & Contracts teams to manage employment risk, support compliance, and strengthen internal legal frameworks. The role will also support general corporate and contracting matters as Klick continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Advise People Practices and business leaders on employment law matters, including workplace policies, employment agreements, accommodations, terminations, and compliance requirements
- Develop employment law frameworks, templates, and internal guidance to improve consistency and reduce legal exposure across Klick offices
