Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to join our Philippines legal team and play a key role in supporting Vena Energy’s growth in the renewable energy sector. In this role, you will provide strategic legal guidance across the business, with a focus on business development, construction-related projects, and dispute resolution for wind, solar, battery storage, and land. You will be instrumental in guiding complex transactions, ensuring compliance, and shaping the company’s legal strategy in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Review & Negotiation on Complex Transactions Steer business teams in reviewing, negotiating and advising on complex contracts including EPC and O&M contracts, joint venture agreements, offtake agreements and debt financings.
