An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment & Industrial Relations lawyer to join a leading Australian organisation in a high-impact role with a strong focus on payroll compliance, industrial instrument interpretation and legal risk management.
Working closely with senior leaders across Legal, HR, Payroll and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements and workplace legislation while supporting complex payroll compliance initiatives and broader employment law matters.
