Senior Legal Counsel

We are supporting a major multinational with the appointment of a Senior Legal Counsel for its West Africa region. Based in Dubai, this role will strengthen the organisation’s legal capability, improve responsiveness to regional business needs, and ensure consistent governance across OHADA jurisdictions.

Scope of the Role

• Advise on commercial contracts, corporate matters, and transactional work
• Deliver legal risk assessments and support strategic decision‑making
• Support M&A, expansion, and cross‑border projects
• Ensure compliance with OHADA laws and regulatory frameworks
• Engage with senior management across Dubai and regional offices
• Contribute to governance, policy development, and internal legal processes
• Support the centralisation and optimisation of the Group’s legal function
