Senior Legal Counsel Customer, Data and Technology

Hybrid Role Sydney or Melbourne CBD

Your Role

A leading ASX listed organisation is seeking senior commercial lawyer with marketing/consumer law experience to join their In-House legal team in Sydney. This will be a broad role and involve working closely with the business across; marketing/consumer law, privacy/spam, digital, technology and commercial contracting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts

Providing support on a broad range of exciting marketing, digital and growth related initiatives

Managing, negotiating & advising the business on a range of commercial IT agreements

Advising on privacy law matters

Liaising closely with the business and external counsel

 
 
Key Requirements:

Ideally a minimum of 8 years PQE ...
