About The Opportunity
As a Senior Legal Analyst, you will report to the Head of Global Commercial and Marketing Legal (based in the United States), and work closely with all members of the legal team and business leaders throughout the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts that are key to OKX's future growth.
- Apply OKX's SOP or design new SOPs to support OKX's commercial objectives while following applicable regulations and managing legal and regulatory risk.
