Reporting directly to the Director for site acquisition, the person shall be responsible for the following portfolio:

• Management of site documents
• To liaise with mall management/tenants on any queries/complaints and to follow through up to a satisfactory outcome for both mall management/tenants and Company.
• To assist in the preparation of documentations related to tenancy agreements, new agreement and renewal.
• To assist source and secure tenants for Company’s property and ensure all leasing documentation are in good order
• Liaise with Management on Tenancy Agreements
• Maintain strong and good relationships with mall managements and new tenants
