The role
Reporting to the Managing Director - Property, the Senior Lease Administrator's key duties will include:

Preparing lease documents

Prepare monthly rent roll and manage & approve property related invoices

Inputting leases into database accurately

Review all annuals rent increases

Performing ad hoc research and investigation

The candidate:
