Senior Learning Advisor, Risk, Central Controls & CBNA

The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Learning Advisor Senior Lead is a strategic Human Resources professional responsible for identifying the learning needs of their coverage area and determining the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. The role works in close partnership with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated strategy.
