Senior Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Engineer

Copeland is seeking an Industrial Engineer with lean expertise to join our manufacturing team in Mexico. You will manage the Perfect Execution database, coordinate cross‑functional reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.

The role requires a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, fluent English, and at least 3 years of related manufacturing experience using lean tools. PLCs, pneumatics, and AutoCAD experience are a plus.
