A Senior Lead Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our North Cork based manufacturing client. Permanent role within a modern high volume / highly automated manufacturing facility. 3 x 12 hr shift rotation.
ROLE:
* Lead, supervise and support Manufacturing Support Technicians across assigned shifts.
* Plan, organise and prioritise technical activities to ensure efficient operation and achievement of departmental targets.
* Support troubleshooting and rapid resolution of equipment and process issues.
* Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and equipment validation projects.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Production teams on process improvement initiatives.
* Report operational and technical activities to the Technical Group Leader.
