Senior / Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Define and implement QA strategies, testing methodologies, quality standards, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable automated test frameworks and automation scripts.
• Identify, document, track, verify, and manage software defects using defect management and test management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, project managers, and DevOps teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
