Job Summary
The Senior Lead Generation Executive (SLG) role forms an essential part of the Unisort Sales Academy and provides the structured development pathway between Lead Generator and Business Development Manager (BDM). The SLG continues to focus on outbound appointment generation while building advanced commercial skills through training, BDM shadowing, competency development, and early-stage opportunity management. This role is designed to reduce the pressure of the jump into BDM, increase promotion success, and support Unisort’s long‑term growth strategy.
