Senior Lead - Employee Experience Key Responsibilities: Employee Experience Strategy Development – Work with cross functional team to implement the process and system improvement plan derived out of employee experience goals for the assigned journey map. Analyze feedback data and provide suggestions to improve employee experience based on feedback. HR Systems and Processes/Operations Management/ Deployment – Ensure HR Processes are executed as per plan with minimal manual interventions or offline transactions. Track key metrics and report adherence to KPIs and effectiveness of processes to supervisors. Identify areas of improvement in HR process/Policies/systems based on employee feedback from various channels as well as inputs from Unit/DC/Geo HR functions. Continually review the effectiveness of existing HR. Advisory on Employee Experience – Help the HR teams with their queries on EX framework, metric and guidelines.
