About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Local Scale Planning, the Senior Lead, Adaptive Management is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, management of complex environmental programs, and maintenance of essential relationships with various stakeholders. The role involves planning, implementing and reporting on the Adaptive Management Plan to support mining operations and regional environmental performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Manage the water quality adaptive management program, including strategy, scope, schedule, risks and opportunities, consultant management, and regulatory and First Nations engagement
