In order to reinforce the Luxembourg Banking & Finance team, Clifford Chance is seeking a highly motivated individual.
As a member of our Banking & Finance team, you will work on different areas such as:
LendingLeveraged and acquisition finance (acting both for lenders and borrowers)Restructuring and InsolvencyReal estate and asset financeFund finance Qualifications
You have 3 – 6 years' experience in the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets area (or one of these areas) ideally gained within a large international law firm. You successfully passed an academic degree in law. A specialised Master's degree ( is an asset.You are admitted to the Luxembourg bar.You are fluent in English.
