An established housebuilder, with continued growth plans, is keen to recruit a dynamic Senior Land Manager with a proven track record of acquiring immediate land. The company produce an excellent product, in desirable locations, and have significant funding available, ensuring quick approval. This opportunity would suit either a Land Manager looking for the next step in their career, or a Senior Land Manager wishing to join a growing company.
You will be responsible for:
- Identification and initial assessment of land for residential development across the Northamptonshire, Cambridge, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire areas
