Supports the business unit team comprising of technicians and support staff to efficiently and effectively exceed client requirements and expectations for Certification and Testing. Ensures delivery of these services is consistent, in support of corporate and divisional values, policies and objectives, and enhances CSA's image as a global leader in product certification.
