Senior IT Recovery Manager, Backup Engineer

Responsibilities

• Creation, review and execution of IT disaster recovery plans and tests
• Coordination and oversight of IT disaster recovery tests
• Raising team awareness of disaster recovery topics and providing training
• Continuous development of disaster recovery capabilities and preparation of reports
• Technical coordination of recovery actions in the event of an incident

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management
• Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery plans, scenarios and tests
• Understanding of dependencies between business processes, applications and IT infrastructures
• Experience with governance, controls, reporting and audit topics
• Practical experience with backup solutions, ideally IBM Spectrum Protect
