Senior IT Change Lead - Transformation Stakeholders (Hybrid)

Talent Search Technology is seeking an IT Change Management Lead for a fixed-term, hybrid role in Helsinki, Finland. You will drive change strategies on large IT transitions, conduct impact assessments, and coordinate stakeholder engagement and training efforts with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of change management leadership, strong Finnish and English communication, and experience with Prosci/ADKAR/Kotter methodologies within a matrix organization.
