Senior IT Application Owner
Location: Onsite in Toronto, Canada; open to Mexico-based nearshore candidates able to travel to the client site as needed
Responsibilities
- Own B2B applications and related infrastructure.
- Communicate the applications vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the B2B applications, including application incidents, requests, decisions and associated projects.
- Create, prioritize, and refine user stories. Define acceptance criteria.
- Own and manage the product backlog and services to ensure continuity and no business disruption.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, service delivery and projects.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and IT policies and best practices.
