Monitor and support Fibre Mobile Application and AI Smart Home Services (mobile apps, cloud platforms, IoT device management systems)
Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of Fibre Mobile Application and Smart Home services
Support AI-driven features by tuning model performance, feedback loops, optimize performance of AI models and system response (e.g., automation, voice control, behavior analytics)
Monitor APIs, data flows, third-party service integrations and IoT device connectivity, communication protocols (MQTT, REST API)
Analyze and Troubleshoot customer problems related to app usage or device behavior device integration issues (sensors, gateways, smart devices)
