We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with more than eight years in Commercial Tenant Improvements. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and must be NCIDQ certified. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept to execution and ensuring design excellence throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead various Tenant Improvement and Interior design projects
• Consult with clients to establish programming and objectives
• Prepare informative presentations and proposals
• Develop 3D models to illustrate design concepts
• Gather and present suitable finishes and furnishings for projects
