Senior Instructional Designer

We are building an AI-enabled learning platform for students (Grades 912) covering multiple career pathways and we are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to play a key role in designing high-quality digital courses, simulations, and project-based learning experiences and to help set instructional standards across the program.

You will work closely with curriculum leads, content vendors, AI teams, and platform teams to ensure pedagogical quality, consistency, and learner engagement at scale.

• Lead the instructional design of digital courses, simulations, and learning pathways
• Translate pathway blueprints and learning outcomes into creator‑ready design packs
• Review and quality‑assure vendor‑developed content
• Design assessments (diagnostic, formative, summative) and rubrics
