Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 4+ years of experience managing high-performing inside sales or SMB sales teams, with demonstrated success driving new logo ARR growth in a regional or multi-region capacity
- Deep understanding of high-volume, high-velocity inside sales best practices, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion optimization
- Experience leveraging CRM systems (Salesforce required), cadence automation tools and AI-powered sales tools to optimize team performance and outreach
- Ability to develop and implement regional growth strategies, aligning with company-wide objectives
- Proven ability to coach sales reps on technique, messaging, and commercial mindset
