Senior Injection Molding Process Engineer – NPI Lead

Molex in Penang seeks an experienced injection molding process engineer to optimize, validate, and improve molding for new and existing products, balancing cycle time, quality, and cost while partnering with mold makers on tool builds and NPI.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Plastics, or Manufacturing Engineering and 3+ years in injection molding with CAD review (SolidWorks/Moldflow), process validation IQ/OQ/PQ, and hands‑on tooling experience (CNC/EDM).
