Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects related to factory buildings, equipment upgrades, layout optimization, and process improvements.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for manufacturing excellence, aligning with organizational goals and lean principles.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on industrial engineering best practices and emerging trends.
- Drive the implementation of lean principles across teams and processes.
- Identify and eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and establish pull systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze complex manufacturing processes and propose innovative solutions to address technical challenges.
- Develop advanced models for production planning, material flow, and resource allocation.
