Senior Import & Export Controller

Key Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience as a Controller in freight forwarding
• Fully multimodal (imports and exports)
• Proficiency in Shipshape system
• Estimates experience preferred (not essential)
• Freight forwarding background required
• Well-spoken, professional, and presentable
• Afrikaans language skills advantageous

Key Duties

• Oversee and manage multimodal freight forwarding operations
• Ensure compliance and accuracy across import/export processes
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams
• Prepare and review estimates where required
• Maintain high standards of client service and operational efficiency
