Senior Immigration Paralegal Team Lead & Trainer — Remote — EOIR + USCIS + Federal Litigation (Bonus) Cunha Law PLLC — a U.S. immigration law firm based in Washington, DC — is hiring a senior immigration paralegal to lead and train our paralegal team. This is a technical leadership and team-development role : you'll be the person who trains our paralegals, reviews the team's work, and makes sure every case leaves the office at the firm's standard — across both immigration court (EOIR / removal defense) and affirmative filings before USCIS. We are not an immigration consultancy, and we don't compete with form-fillers. Every case at Cunha Law is handled as a real legal matter — eligibility analysis, case strategy, legal research, and attorney review before anything is filed.
