About the Role We're looking for a Senior HR Manager to own people operations at a fast-moving technology company. You'll lead hiring across technical and non-technical functions, build performance management systems that actually work, and help us scale a high-trust, high-output remote team. - Own **end-to-end hiring** across all departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers
