Job Description
We are seeking for a Senior HSE Officer who will be responsible in leading HSE and process safety activities, including risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW, and contractor HSE performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor HSE and process safety activities.
- Review project specifications and deliverables for HSE compliance.
- Conduct risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, What-if studies, and participate in QRA.
- Review MOC for process, equipment, and chemical changes.
- Provide technical safety guidance for critical construction and operational activities.
