Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support across the Workday platform, including issue resolution, user support, research, and training activities.
• Support system configuration changes, business process improvements, and large‑scale employee data updates.
• Conduct detailed audits, reconciliations, and data‑integrity checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems.
• Build Workday reports including sophisticated reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve system utilisation and automate processes.
• Train end users on new processes/features, develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
