Position Overview
The Senior HRBP Supervisor manages day-to-day people operations and strategic HR initiatives .This role will assist Country HRBP bridges site-level needs with global business goals, ensuring workforce optimization, strong workplace relations, and data-driven HR solutions within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Partnering: Serve as the primary HR contact for Department Heads (HODs); provide leadership coaching, strategic counsel, and resolve complex people issues on the manufacturing floor.
- Workforce & Org Management: Oversee headcount budgeting, structure changes, and coordinate manpower sourcing to ensure optimal labor availability for production lines.
