Senior HR Transformation & Operations Lead

Argyll Scott in Singapore seeks a Manager, HR Operations Transformation Lead to drive the HR workstream for a large-scale Scheme of Transfer impacting ~2,000 employees. The role covers end-to-end HR process execution, governance, risk alignment, stakeholder communications and reporting to ensure timely, compliant transfers.

The position reports to the Head of HR Operations and requires strong project management discipline coupled with deep HR operations expertise in a high-visibility environment.
