Role Summary

Senior People Systems Analyst (fixed-term contract) – two positions: one with Kronos experience for up to 12months, another with Workday or ServiceNow experience until end of Dec2026. The analyst supports QVC Group’s People Technology landscape, delivering an excellent team member experience across the business.

Location and Working Arrangements

This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the Liverpool office 2 days per week. On‑site days are predetermined and standard across the company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People teams and Centres of Excellence to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable People Systems solutions.
• Lead the design, configuration and delivery of enhancements across HR systems, with strong expertise in Kronos.
