Senior HR Strategist & Operations Lead

Linaco Group is seeking an Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Strategist based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This role requires a dynamic individual to oversee HR functions including policy administration, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, along with 5-8 years of comprehensive HR experience. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws are essential.
