Senior HR Ops Transformation Lead

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Operations Transformation Lead to steer a major Scheme of Transfer, bridging strategy with execution for a 1,000+ employee population in Singapore. You’ll oversee data controls, migrations, and stakeholder alignment across the end-to-end process.

You will manage cross-functional delivery, validate data, generate contracts, and maintain audit-ready documentation while partnering with Payroll, HRIT, and local HRBPs to ensure seamless transitions.
