The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end HR functions, developing HR policies, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's growth through effective people management. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations and resolve workplace grievances professionally.
