Senior HR Leader for Engineering and Data Center

Dynaciate, a TECO Group company in Malaysia, seeks an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations and talent acquisition across engineering, manufacturing and data center projects.

You will oversee recruitment, HR operations, organizational development, and governance while partnering with business leaders and TECO HQ. The role leads the existing HR team and drives HR system improvements.
